For lenders
Historical earnings, matched to the bank, in one file.
Scalerify rebuilds an Amazon brand’s P&L from the marketplace’s own payout records and matches it to the bank to the cent. Every party to the deal reads the same file, prepared by an Amazon operator, and reading it is free.
Why are Amazon earnings hard to underwrite?
Amazon pays out on its own settlement calendar, net of fees, refunds and advertising. Matching those payouts to a P&L and to the bank is slow work, and it is where declared earnings stop holding.
What the file contains
- The P&L rebuilt from Amazon’s payout records and matched to the bank to the cent.
- A Score from 0 to 100 across six pillars.
- A risk register: every finding graded fatal, priceable or fixable.
- Debt service coverage at 1.25x on verified historical earnings, stated as a finding.
- A file prepared by an Amazon operator.
Where does it fit under SOP 50 10 8.1?
For an initial acquisition, coverage must reach 1.25x on historical earnings. At a purchase price of $3 million or more, the lender must also obtain a quality of earnings report, with a cash proof that reconciles bank statements to the income statement and the tax return, and must use its earnings figure. A Verified report is not that report.
Below $3 million no quality of earnings report is required, but the 1.25x test on historical earnings still applies. There, the file gives you the Amazon side of the same question: payouts reconciled to the bank. More in what SOP 50 10 8.1 changes for Amazon acquisitions and quality of earnings vs Scalerify Verified.

What Scalerify does not do
Scalerify does not lend and does not arrange financing. Financing decisions belong to lenders. A Verified report is not an audit, a quality of earnings report, a valuation, investment advice or a commitment to lend.

Questions
-
Does Scalerify lend money?
No. Scalerify does not lend or arrange financing. The report states debt service coverage at 1.25x on verified historical earnings, as a finding. Lenders make their own decisions.
-
Is a Verified report an audit or a quality of earnings report?
No. It states facts from source data at the issue date. It is not an audit, a quality of earnings report, a valuation, investment advice or a commitment to lend.
-
Does a Verified report replace a quality of earnings report above $3 million?

What access does the seller give?
One authorization through Amazon's official Selling Partner API, plus bank statements and supplier invoices. We only read financial, order and inventory data and never change anything on the account. No logins are shared, and the seller can revoke access at any time.
