This Privacy Policy explains how Scalerify Management LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the website scalerify.com (the “Site”). This Site is a personal hub and does not sell products or process payments.

1. Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site in aggregate (for example, which pages are most read, approximate geographic region, referral source, and device category). We use this data solely to improve the Site's content and structure.

GA4 sets cookies on your device and processes technical data, including your IP address. According to Google's documentation, IP addresses collected through GA4 are anonymized and are not stored. We do not combine GA4 data with personally identifiable information, and we do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

If you prefer not to be measured, you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser, or blocking third-party cookies through your browser settings. Most ad-blocking and privacy extensions also block GA4 by default.

2. Information You Choose to Share

If you contact us through our contact form, we receive the information you submit: your email address, name (if provided), and the content of your message. We use that information solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to maintain an ongoing professional correspondence.

Google Analytics (described in Section 1) sets cookies on your device for measurement purposes. These cookies are typically named _ga and _ga_<property-id> and are used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. They do not contain personally identifiable information.

The Site itself does not set additional tracking cookies beyond those used by Google Analytics. You can block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings, with no impact on your ability to use the Site.

4. External Links

The Site links to other properties we operate (such as keoxs.com and agenticfba.com) and to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, X, and GitHub). Once you leave scalerify.com, the privacy practices of those destinations apply. Please review their respective policies.

5. Hosting and Server Logs

The Site is hosted on a private server. Like most web servers, the host may generate standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for the purposes of security, abuse prevention, and basic operational monitoring. These logs are not used to build user profiles and are retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

6. Data We Hold from Correspondence

Messages submitted through the contact form, and any subsequent email replies we send, are retained for as long as the correspondence remains operationally relevant. You may at any time request that we delete prior correspondence by writing to us through the contact form.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EU/EEA under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any such right, contact us through our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
