4. User Submissions and Representations

When you submit information through a form on our Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • For all Users: All information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete. You have the full legal right and authority to provide this information.
  • Specifically for Sellers: You are the legal owner of the business or have been duly authorized by the legal owner(s) to submit this information for consideration. The disclosure of this information does not violate any non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or other confidentiality obligation you may have with a third party.
  • Specifically for Investors: You meet the necessary legal criteria to be considered a sophisticated, "accredited investor" or "qualified purchaser" as defined by the securities laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, and you are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of prospective investments.

We will treat all information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
