What this covers

Scalerify Management LLC uses a small number of tracking technologies on scalerify.com. This policy sets out what they are, why we use them, and how you control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small data files a site places on your computer or phone when you visit it. They are used to make a site work, to make it work faster, or to report on how it is used.

What we use

By default this site runs a cookieless analytics script, self-hosted by us. It counts visits without a cookie and without tracking you across the web. If you accept in the banner, two further technologies load:

• Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement. It sets cookies and sends your visit to Google.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement. It sets cookies and sends your visit to Meta, so we can tell which campaigns reach brokers, buyers and sellers.

The one exception is the walkthrough video: when you press Play, Vidalytics, which hosts it, writes an identifier on your device so it can count the view and remember where you stopped. Nothing is loaded from Vidalytics, and nothing is written, until you press Play. Nothing else on this site sets a cookie. There is no account and no session to keep, so there are no strictly necessary cookies either, and your answer to the banner is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key svr-consent — it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

One thing does load on every page before you answer the banner: our own form server at forms.scalerify.com, embedded in a frame so the contact and request forms open without leaving the page. It sets no cookie. Like any server you connect to, it sees your IP address and your browser when the frame loads; it is our server, not an advertising network, and what you type into a form is covered by our privacy notice.

Your choice

You decide whether to accept the two tracking technologies above, in the banner on your first visit. Declining costs you nothing: every part of the site works the same, and only the cookieless script keeps counting.

To change your answer later, clear this site’s data in your browser — that removes the stored choice, and the banner asks again on your next visit. Your browser’s own cookie controls work as well, and apply to every site you visit.
